Description of the Research:
Vodafone has commissioned this project to understand what motivates customers to recommend their services organically. They're particularly interested in new customers who joined because of a personal recommendation and Vodafone users that have actively recommended the brand to others. They also want to understand what experiences during the customer journey lead to these recommendations so they can take steps encourage more of them.
Thank you for your interest in taking part in this research which is completely voluntary. If you do take part, and if you give us your explicit consent, audio and video recordings, and photographs of you participating may take place. These recordings and photographs - including your first name in a caption - may be used in private presentation of the research findings to Ipsos UK staff and to client staff and stakeholders.
Please note that we may also store the photographs and film footage on our, or sub-contractors’ systems that will be hosted outside of the European Union. Please be assured that any research footage will be held by Ipsos UK and Vodafone in Strict Confidence solely for the above research and analysis purposes and will be securely destroyed once no longer needed.
