The purpose of this interview is to understand perceptions and experiences of Premier banking customers in the UK.

Thank you for your interest in taking part in this research which is completely voluntary. If you do take part, and if you give us your explicit consent, audio and video recordings of you participating may take place. These recordings - including your first name in a caption - may be used in private presentation of the research findings to Ipsos UK staff and to client staff and stakeholders. Please note that we may also store the film footage on our, or sub-contractors’ systems that may be hosted outside of the European Union.

 

Please be assured that any research footage will be held by Ipsos UK and NatWest, who is commissioning this study, in Strict Confidence solely for the above research and analysis purposes and will be securely destroyed once no longer needed.
