CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

I, the undersigned, agree to participate in this marketing research study conducted by Ipsos.

Participation in this study is voluntary, and I may withdraw at any time without penalty. My responses will be kept confidential and not personally identifiable, in accordance with applicable US and UK data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), and the Data Use and Access Act 2025 (DUAA).

My contact information will be shared only with authorized representatives involved in this study and will not be sold, distributed, or used for any unrelated purpose. All information will be stored securely, and I will not be contacted for marketing or promotional purposes as a result of this study.

I acknowledge that I may receive information that is considered confidential by the research agency or the anonymous sponsoring company. I agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information discussed during and after the study. I will not disclose the client’s identity, project details, or any materials presented during the session.

This session may be video recorded for internal research purposes. Recordings will be accessible only to the research agency and sponsoring company and will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Recordings will not be used in public-facing materials or shared externally.
All comments I provide will be held in confidence and used solely for the purpose of research analysis.

I attest that there is no one in my household or known to me, that is taking part in this study.

I agree to refrain from using Chat GPT, Co-Pilot or other types of assistive technology to complete the
activities.

I understand that neither the research agency nor its affiliates shall be held liable for any loss or damages that may arise, unless otherwise required by law.
