By participating in this study, I agree that any information, videos, images or opinions that I provide can and will be used by BAMM Limited and Our Client as follows:

in its research of the subject which this study relates (“Business Management Platforrms Research ”);

to include in literature, videos and/or presentations for internal use only;

to upload the content to a library accessible by authorised representatives of BAMM Limited and Our Client to be shared for internal use only;

to contact you for further comments on the Project after your interview, or about other studies which may be of interest to you which you may wish to be interviewed for;

to comply with any legal or regulatory obligations.

I also agree to not disclose any information that is shared with me during the research study.

You may withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data set out above at any time, however this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. To do so, and if you have any queries regarding how BAMM Limited or Our Client uses your personal data, or your rights in respect of the processing of your personal data, please contact BAMM Limited in writing at 11a Curtain Road, London, EC2A 3LT or by email to [email protected], or by telephone on 020 7036 9740.

BAMM Limited will retain your personal data for a period of 2 years commencing from the date of this release form (unless you ask BAMM to delete the personal data held for you before this time), after which point the consent will expire and BAMM will contact you for a renewal of such consent if it deems necessary.

I recognise that I am at liberty to express my views without prejudice, and that I am participating willingly in a research exercise without any pressure or influence to purchase any particular product or service.

The observations and any information you provide in the interviews will be strictly confidential, and will not be broadcast in the public domain.

I acknowledge that I shall maintain in confidence all information concerning the Project and shall not disclose such information to any other person or company including the name of BAMM Limited or Our Client.

I irrevocably agree that this release form and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. I also irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this release form or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

I hereby confirm that I have read the above and fully understand its meaning and effect and agree to BAMM Limited and Our Client using and processing my personal data for the purposes required by them, as set out above.
