Purpose of research
Our client, c2c, is conducting research on their creative platform used in external marketing campaigns. This research and its subsequent findings will be used to inform the future versions of this platform and marketing decisions as a result.

Your involvement
You are being asked to participate fully and honestly in a focus group. These focus groups, a discussion with other participants and a moderator, will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams. Your honest responses are critical, do not try to say “the right answer” or what you think the research team may be trying to hear. Your responses may be recorded both verbally and in-writing through the onplatform chat functionality to assist in data processing.

Voluntary participation
Participation is voluntary. There are no negative consequences for you if you choose not to take part in this study. If you decide to take part but then later on you change your mind and wish to withdraw your data, you will not have to give any explanation why. It is also absolutely fine if you don’t want to answer any specific questions – you can just tell the moderator and we will move on. If at any time you want to leave a focus group, please inform the moderator how you would like your responses treated and you are free to do so. Your incentive may be affected if you withdraw your participation.

Information processing
During the focus groups, the entire session will be audio and video recorded solely for the purposes of accurate data processing. Videos will be deleted within two weeks of the completion of the group, and audio recordings will only be used to support transcription. No effort will be made to identify any individual person. Your responses will be anonymized and aggregated, including thematic analysis using a combination of manual and AI-assisted tools. Data sent through these tools will be anonymized, with all names and any personal identifying information removed, and may be used for training based on the terms of these individual tools

Anonymity
Your participation will be anonymous - your name will not be used in any reports or publications resulting from the study.
