Thank you for agreeing to participate in our upcoming gaming research!

Before you attend this study, it’s important to understand the contents of the research, will include confidential products or elements that may be released in the future.

We appreciate this might be exciting, but as the tested material has not yet been launched, it is very important that you do not share, post or copy any of this information or any materials before, during or after taking part in the study.

Please be aware that gameplay footage, participant audio, webcam footage, the online survey and individual/group discussions will be recorded for research purposes and analysis, but also to identify anyone who does not comply with the confidentiality agreement. The recordings are the property of the research company Bryter and will be passed onto the sponsor of the study. Your personal data will be held securely at Bryter for one year after project completion, and these recordings will not be used for any other purposes other than for market research without a person’s written consent. By signing this agreement, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Therefore, we ask that you read the confidentiality agreement below and state whether you agree before continuing.

As a result of being selected to participate in this research, you may be exposed to information considered proprietary and confidential. "Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to, (a) any and all information relating to, contained in or relayed through the playtest, the interview and the survey, including, without limitation, information relating to (i) the performance, capabilities and contents of the product, (ii) your response, and (iii) any other response, (b) the existence and terms of this agreement, and (c) any and all information relating to the future or proposed product. YOU SHALL USE YOUR BEST EFFORTS TO SAFEGUARD AND TO PREVENT UNAUTHORIZED USE OR DISCLOSURE OF THE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.

By agreeing to participate in this research, you hereby agree to maintain the Confidential Information in confidence and shall not publish, disclose, distribute, transmit, post or otherwise make available, directly or indirectly, any Confidential Information to any third party. This includes not discussing the Confidential Information with any family or friends. VIOLATION OF THIS PROVISION WOULD CONSTITUTE A MATERIAL BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT AND COULD SUBJECT YOU TO LEGAL ACTION.

BY SIGNING BELOW, YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOVE. FAILURE TO SIGN MEANS YOU DECLINE PARTICIPATION IN THE STUDY AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND. In the event you choose not to accept this agreement and can bypass entry into this gaming research, you shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, we ask you do not attend the research. You acknowledge you have been provided enough time to review the terms and conditions of this agreement before your acceptance.
