Insurance communications – Consent form

Thank you for agreeing to take part in this research study. The aim is to better understand how customers experience insurance – including nurturing, claims, renewal, and ongoing communications from their insurer.

As part of this study, we will ask you to collect and share screenshots of emails, texts, app notifications, or account messages

Your screenshots will only be used for research purposes. Any personal or identifying information (e.g. your name, address, claim reference numbers) will be blurred or redacted by the research team.

Participation in the study is entirely voluntary. You can stop at any point. The information you provide will be treated confidentially and will not be shared beyond Lumivo and the research partner (Take Part in Research). No personally identifying information will appear in any reporting.
