Confidentiality Commitment Letter

I have been invited by Kantar to participate in the New Car Owner Insights and Market Study at . As part of this activity, I will receive information not available to the general public, and I understand that this constitutes “Confidential Information” (as defined in Section 4). Prior to participating in this activity, I agree to keep all information related to this research activity confidential.

As a prerequisite for participating in this research activity, I agree with the following terms:

I undertake not to use or attempt to use any devices with photography, videography, audio recording, or screen capture capabilities—including mobile phones, cameras, video recorders, smart glasses, and smartwatches—during the interview (whether online or in person), and I agree to actively cooperate with all relevant confidentiality and security inspection procedures.
I undertake that throughout the entire research activity, I will not record any verbal information or make audio recordings thereof, nor will I copy or photograph any related images; furthermore, I will not record or reproduce any information or images displayed during the activity through drawing, sketching, or writing.
I agree that, both during and after the activity, I will not carry or disseminate in any form any images and/or materials containing Confidential Information, including but not limited to materials from on-site testing, or any materials recorded or drawn by myself or others on any medium, such as sketches, notes, charts, screenshots, photographs, or screen recordings. All relevant materials must be deleted or handed over to the activity organizer before the end of activity. If I fail to comply with this commitment, I agree to cooperate with any necessary measures, including legal intervention.
I hereby commit that I will not, in any form, recall, record, draw, share, discuss, or display any Confidential Information obtained during the research process (including what I have seen, heard, touched, spoken, or inferred based thereon), including but not limited to the following:
1. All products, images, written materials, and audiovisual materials displayed on-site by the organizer, including but not limited to exterior design, interior layout, technical specifications, core component information, powertrain data, smart system functions, safety performance metrics, and range capabilities of the New Car;
2. New Car launch plans, target customer segments, marketing strategies, competitive benchmarking analyses, supply chain information, production cost data, market strategies (such as pricing levels and market positioning), and the research experience process;
3. Feedback and evaluations regarding items a) and b) provided by myself and other attendees;
4. Any relevant information regarding the organizer or the commissioning party/client;
5. The venue, time, on-site setup, research methods, and any other materials obtained from this activity.
I hereby undertake not to disclose to any third party the aforementioned Confidential Information. The scope of “not to disclose to any third party” includes: not disclosing Confidential Information directly or indirectly to any organizations and individuals, particularly journalists, photographers, and other relevant persons in any form (including verbally, in writing, through images, video, audio, paper records, or any other means capable of identifying or recording information); and not disclosing such information on any media platform (including but not limited to various public and private media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, YouTube, X/Twitter, WhatsApp, school/work forums, or any other online space where others might see or hear it), or in any setting (including but not limited to public or private settings, such as press conferences, public speeches, social gatherings,restaurants, offices, or even at home), or via any communication tool (including but not limited to email, text messages, phone calls, video conferences, and other one-on-one or one-to-many external communication tools) to share, discuss, exchange, disseminate, publish, or post such Confidential Information, or otherwise make the Confidential Information known to others (including family members and friends) or the public. Any violation of the above provisions shall be deemed a disclosure of Confidential Information.
I agree that the entire research activity may be recorded in part in the form of a questionnaire, it will be used solely for this research activity. I hereby grant full rights to my opinions to the organizer of this activity - Kantar and its designees.

By signing this Commitment Letter, I confirm that I have read in its entirety, understand its contents, and agree to fulfill my obligations under this Commitment Letter and assume the corresponding responsibilities.
