Information about the Consumer Test

Participation in the Consumer Test is voluntary at all stages. The Consumer Test will consist of a web interview via Zoom lasting 1.5 hours. Consumers will be asked to give their impressions on several written and visual elements. The purpose of the Consumer Test is market research. The Consumer Test will involve video and audio recordings of the participating consumers.

I carefully read and confirm my agreement with the following:

received all the information I deem necessary and useful regarding the content and the manner in which the Consumer Test will be performed.

During this study, I may be shown products, photos or product images, descriptions or product ideas, which are confidential and patentable. I am aware that it is essential that I respect the confidentiality of this study under the terms of this Agreement.

Confidential Information includes all information about any company, its subsidiaries and the study that is disclosed to me as part of the interview or that I happen to know during my participation in the study.

I agree not to keep any physical or digital copies of the products, photos, documents I will be shown and given access to.

I agree not to disclose the information that will be given to me (in part and in its entirety) during this study, that is to say including information relating to products, concepts and advertising projects. I am aware of and agree that my obligation of confidentiality means that I do not share this information with anyone, not even my friends or family. This obligation is ongoing.

The information collected from me during the Consumer Test may lead to the development of new products and services. I will not have any claims regarding any of the developments and associated intellectual property resulting from my participation in the Consumer Test.

I have no medical condition or health disease and there are no other circumstances which prevent me from participating in this Consumer Test.

I agree that the information collected from me, including the video and audio recordings made during the Consumer Test can be used to enable you to perform a detailed analysis of my responses. These recordings will be automatically deleted after 3 years.

I agree to the processing of my personal data by June Marketing. These data will be only kept during the duration of this project and will be automatically deleted at the end of the project.

In accordance with the legislation in force, you (the participant) have the right to access, modify, rectify or delete all your personal data. You may exercise this right by sending your request to: [email protected]
