Non-disclosure agreement

This Agreement, effective 14/1/25, is between Pragma Consulting Limited ("Disclosing Party") and you ("Receiving Party").

The parties agree to exchange Confidential Information related to the London Motorsport Campus project ("the Project").

Confidential Information: Includes all non-public, proprietary information shared during the term, in any form. No materials may be taken during the sessions, no photography allowed, and project details must not be disclosed.

Exclusions: Confidential Information does not include information that becomes public.

Maintain confidentiality and refrain from disclosing or copying the information.

Breach: In the event of a breach, the Disclosing Party can seek remedies, including injunctive relief.

Term and Termination: This Agreement terminates upon written notice or 30 months from the effective date.
