Consent form

Rathbone Group PLC (“Rathbones”) is conducting research into customer experience around the Rathbones website.

The research will take place remotely via video conference on the week commencing 13th January 2025.

We’ll be glad to answer any specific questions you may have about the Project. Please also refer to the summary information below.

This will be a one-to-one discussion.

Members of the project team may be observing the session remotely.

We are not in any way evaluating you. We are conducting this research with the intention of optimising customer experience.

We expect the session to last 30 minutes.

Your name will not be associated with any data that is collected during the Project.

Remember you cannot fail any part of this, and there are no right or wrong answers. All we would like to hear is your personal point of view and honest opinion.

Data Protection

Rathbones takes your privacy and treatment of your Personal Data seriously. The terms on this form are included in our Privacy Notice, which is available at: https://www.rathbones.com/privacy

During your participation in the project, you will be audio-recorded and/or video-recorded. Any such recordings will constitute your Personal Data (as defined in the GDPR).

During your participation in the Project Rathbones may also collect other types of your Personal Data, including but not limited to your name, age, gender, and contact information.

In order to perform the Project research Rathbones may need to store your Personal Data on its secure internal computer systems.

Rathbones will keep your Personal Data safe and secure and will only use them to learn about the insights from this project.

Rathbones will delete your Personal Data a maximum of 60 days after the Project has ended.
