Consent to Participate in a Research Study

What are some general things you should know about research studies?

You are being asked to take part in a research study. Joining this study is completely voluntary.

You may refuse to join, or you may withdraw your consent to be in the study, for any reason, without penalty.

By signing this form you agree to keep all information discussed in the study strictly confidential (including but not limited to the ideas, concepts, marketing materials, and unreleased versions of a product or service).

What is the purpose of this study?

The purpose of this research study is to understand your feedback to a mobile banking app prototype.

What is the format of the study?

A 90 minute face-to-face session at Globant UK, near London Victoria. You are entitled to withdraw from the study at any time, but your feedback may still be used.

A condition of participation in this study is that we will record the audio and video/images of the session. This is strictly for internal purposes, so that we can provide evidence of how people have genuinely reacted to the designs you will see. These recordings will never be made public, but may be used at internal show and tells, demonstrations, or sessions with partners, affiliates, or regulators associated with AIB or Globant.

How will your privacy be protected?

Every effort will be taken to protect your identity as a participant in this study. Your feedback and footage from the sessions and recordings may be shared within business meetings only between Globant, its clients and affiliates. You will not be identified by full name in any report or publication of this study or its results, and your personal data will never be shared.

You have the right to ask, and have answered, any questions you may have about this research at any time.
