The ideas and products we discuss are confidential and the property of our client company. By signing the below, you are agreeing to participate in the research and demonstrating your commitment to the research’s confidentiality.

Should the nature of any activity or discussion include confidential information, I agree to NOT discuss with anyone anything about the ideas, products, research methods, or any other information I have seen during this project.

I, agree that I will NOT discuss with anyone anything about the ideas, product prototypes, research methods, or any other information I have seen during the research. My obligations under this agreement will not extend to any products or other information that are generally known to the public or which become available to the public through no fault of my own.

RECEIPT AND RIGHTS

I have agreed to receive an incentive of £100 (in the form of money to be transferred afterwards) for my participation in and contribution to this study. By signing this document, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my interview, image or recording in reporting findings to our client.
