Purpose of the Study

The purpose of this research is to identify key pain points and opportunity areas by understanding participants' experiences, challenges, and unmet needs related to virtual gifts.

Duration and Procedures

The interview will take approximately 45 minutes. It will be conducted in a virtual meeting session and recorded to ensure accurate transcription and analysis.

Voluntary Participation

Your participation is voluntary. You may choose to withdraw at any time without any consequences. You can also refuse to answer any questions you feel uncomfortable with.

Data Protection

Data will be securely stored and only accessible to the research team.
The recordings will be deleted after 12 months.
