Informed consent for participation in research

What this research study is about

EY Seren Limited (“EY Seren”) has been appointed by Scottish Ballet (the “Company”) to conduct research into understanding the current and target audiences of Scottish Ballet (the “Project”). You have been recruited by Scottish Ballet as a research participant in the Project.

Your involvement in the study

We have provided a summary of how we will be approaching this research below, and we will be glad to answer any specific questions you may have about the Project.

  • The research will take place remotely online on Microsoft Office.
  • We expect the session to last 60 minutes.
  • We’d like to ask you a few questions about your experience with the wider performing arts scene. We’ll also introduce some concepts and ideas and ask for your thoughts on them.
  • During the research session, there are no right or wrong answers, we’re interested in your own experience – we are not in any way evaluating you.

Your participation is voluntary

  • You may take a break or leave the Project at any time, for any reason. You also have the right to withdraw from the study after the session or make a complaint by emailing [email protected] and sharing the reference number, researcher’s name, and the date of your session – shown at the top of this page.

How we use your research data
