Research for the HMCTS – Professional Users

Do you work for a legal firm or within a legal department? Whether you are a qualified professional or working within an administrative role, we want to hear from you !

The research is being conducted on behalf of Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) on professional users' experiences of the courts system. The study intends to improve HMCTS’s understanding of what matters most to professional users when interacting with HMCTS.

Project Details:

• Where – Central London, Manchester, Birmingham & Cardiff
• What – Group Discussion
• How long – 90 minutes
• Reward - £100
