Skin Conditions Survey!

Do you struggle with a skin condition? We would love to hear from you!

We're looking for respondents across the UK who struggle with skin conditions, such as psoriasis,eczema.

This is just the application form to check your elegibility but taking part in this project will involve completing a follow-up brief survey. As a thank you for your time and input, you'll receive £17 for taking part.

If it looks like you'll be a fit for the research based on your application, you'll receive an email over the next few weeks with an invitation to the survey and more information about the next steps!

The following questions are for the application to the project, they are not the online survey. If you are sent an invitation to the online survey it will take up to 10 minutes to complete and you'll receive £17 for filling it out.
