UK Wide Healthcare Technology Survey!

Are you aged 18-75 and living in the UK? We need you!

We're looking for individuals across the UK to take part in a new research project on new technology being introduced into healthcare settings.

After completing this initial pre-screening survey, if eligible taking part in this project will involve participating in a short 15-20 minute survey on your experiences using new technologies and accessing healthcare services. As a thank you for your time and input, you'll receive £3 per survey for taking part.

We are looking to hear from all different perspectives so if you're interested, apply now!

When completing the form please answer carefully and as honestly as possible, there are no right or wrong answers, all answers will be looked at individually when checking that you are applicable for the research.
