Before you join, it’s important to understand the contents of the discussion and test, which will include products, services, ideas, concepts or elements that may be released in the future.

We appreciate this might be exciting, but as it has not yet been launched, it is very important that you do not share, post or copy any of this information.

Therefore, we ask that you read the confidentiality agreement below and state whether you agree before continuing.

As a result of being selected to participate in this research, you may be exposed to information considered proprietary and confidential. "Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to, (a) any and all information relating to, contained in or relayed through the interview, including, without limitation, information relating to (i) the performance, capabilities and contents of the product, (ii) your response, (b) the existence and terms of this agreement, and (c) any and all information relating to the future or proposed product. YOU SHALL USE YOUR BEST EFFORTS TO SAFEGUARD AND TO PREVENT UNAUTHORIZED USE OR DISCLOSURE OF THE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.

By agreeing to participate in this research, you hereby agree to maintain the Confidential Information in confidence and shall not publish, disclose, distribute, transmit, post or otherwise make available, directly or indirectly, any Confidential Information to any third party. This includes not discussing the Confidential Information with any family or friends. VIOLATION OF THIS PROVISION WOULD CONSTITUTE A MATERIAL BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT AND COULD SUBJECT YOU TO LEGAL ACTION.

BY SIGNING BELOW, YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOVE. FAILURE TO SIGN MEANS YOU DECLINE PARTICIPATION IN THE INTERVIEW AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO JOIN. In the event you choose not to accept this agreement and can bypass entry into the meeting by technical means, you shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not participate in the focus group. You acknowledge you have been provided enough time to review the terms and conditions of this agreement before your acceptance.
