INFORMED CONSENT FORM

Magenta Research is committed to comply with Data Protection laws, regulations, and rules in accordance with the principles of the UK’s and EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

I am willing to participate in a 75-minute remote discussion via MS Teams & complete online website pre-task sent to me before the session.

I understand all information, materials, or content shared with me during the research session is strictly confidential. I will not disclose, reproduce, discuss, record, or share any of this information with any third party.

My incentive payment of £60 is based on full satisfactory completion of the research as outlined, and this may be subject to change if I do not fulfil the study requirements

I consent to audio and/or video recordings from the research being shared internally with the sponsoring client/s for market research analysis purposes.

I consent to representatives from the research agency and/or sponsoring client observing my session in real time

I am happy to be re-contacted about this research should any follow up questions or research phases arise, and that I would be fairly reimbursed for any additional opportunities I may participate in.

I understand that Magenta will delete all footage and personal data collected during the project 12 months upon the completion of the project.

I understand that the use of any ai tools such as chatgpt and bard or similar when completing this research project is strictly prohibited. If AI usage is identified in any part of the study, I understand that my participation would be terminated, and no incentive will be paid.
