I give my consent for my image and/or voice to be recorded at the group meeting/interview that I attend at the invitation of the market institute IPSOS IBERIA, S.A. with Tax ID number ESA28485258 and registered address at Av. Llano Castellano, 13 3ª planta, Madrid, on at hours, as stipulated in the LOPD.

Likewise, I authorise that both the image and the voice and/or opinions that, as a result of said meeting/interview, are captured and recorded in audio and video may be used, in whole or in part, by the company Ipsos Iberia and/or the company contracting the study solely for market research and/or statistical purposes, with or without the use of AI tools, always for internal use. Such images, voice and/or opinions will not be published in any public, written, visual, offline or online media or used in public AI platforms, unless I give my explicit written consent.

I understand that, during this project, Ipsos Iberia,S.A. will show me materials that may or may not yet be available on the market. These materials and all information ("Confidential Information") discussed in connection with these products, concepts or ideas during this test are confidential.

I agree not to disclose any information relating to these test materials or the Confidential Information to anyone, including friends or family, unless it is made publicly available by the consumer goods company or its authorised representatives. Furthermore, I agree that all ideas or any other intellectual property rights generated as a result of this research belong exclusively to the consumer goods company for which this research was conducted. I also agree to destroy any information sent to me by e-mail in relation to this study and not to disseminate it on the internet.
