d. that participation is entirely voluntary, and I am free to withdraw at any time before or during the focus group without giving a reason;

e. that my data will be kept confidential by Ofqual and its researchers, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
