for the Production

In consideration of the Contribution and Production Company’s agreement to provide Contributor with
the opportunity to participate in the Production and for other good and valuable consideration (the
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged), Contributor irrevocably and unconditionally:

(a) authorises Production Company and the Producer to record and edit into the
Production, and related materials (including without limitation in advertising,
publicising, promoting and exploiting the Production for the purposes only of
demonstrating the user-testing process), Contributor’s name, likeness, image, voice and
Contribution, for use in the above Production or parts thereof (the “Recordings”);

(b) assigns to Production Company free of all charges, encumbrances and rights
exercisable by third parties and with full title guarantee, and where the rights are
copyright by way of assignment of present and future copyright, all of Contributor’s
right, title and interest of whatsoever nature whether vested or contingent in and to the
Recordings (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Contribution) and the
Production for Production Company to hold the same absolutely, and to exploit and
communicate the same to the public, in any and all languages and in any and all media
(whether now known or hereafter invented) throughout the universe for the full period
of those rights wherever subsisting or acquired, including all renewals, reversions,
revivals and extensions and thereafter (insofar as is or may become possible) in
perpetuity;

(c) acknowledges that Production Company, its successors and assigns shall own all right,
title and interest, including copyright, in and to the Production, including the
Recordings, and agrees that the Production (including, but not limited to, the
Contribution) may be used, edited and otherwise altered at the sole discretion of
Production Company and/or the Producer and hereby gives any and all consents which
may be required under the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 (or any amendment
or variation or modification thereof) to enable the Production Company to make the
fullest use of the rights hereby assigned or granted;

(d) waives in perpetuity in respect of the Production and the Recordings the benefits of any
provision of law known as moral rights, droit moral or any similar law in any country
and undertakes not to commence or support an action for infringement of such rights;

(e) agrees that the Recordings (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Contribution) can
be used by the Production Company without a further fee being due or becoming
payable and the Production Company shall have no further obligations arising directly
or indirectly to Contributor or any third party representing Contributor;

(f) understands there is no obligation on the Production Company to exploit or use the
Production or any part of the Contribution to the Recordings;

(g) agrees that Contributor shall not have the right to injunct or in any way restrain the
advertising and/or exploitation of the Production (or part thereof) or any related
materials based on the Production for any cause whatsoever and agree that any claim
by Contributor in respect of the Recordings and/or the Production shall be limited to a
claim for damages;

(h) warrants that (i) any material created, added and/or submitted by Contributor for the
Production (other than material provided by or alterations made by Production
Company for Contributor’s use) is entirely original to Contributor; (ii) Contributor is
entitled to enter into and perform this Release and to grant Production Company all of
the rights as herein set forth to enable Production Company to exploit the Recordings;
(iii) Contributor shall keep confidential and not disclose, publish, or otherwise
disseminate, without Production Company and/or Producer’s prior written consent in
each case, any information, photographs, news articles or publicity of any kind relating
directly or indirectly to the Production, the Contribution or that of any third party, or
Production Company's affairs generally in any manner whatsoever, whether to a single
or multiple recipient(s) or onto the internet or by means of other technologies, including
without limitation all social media and social networking websites such as Instagram,
Twitter and Facebook, blogs, multimedia messaging (e.g., SMS, MMS, email and other
technologies), and the like; and (iv) Contributor shall comply with all laws, regulations
and or applicable to the Contribution or this Release.

Contributor hereby acknowledge that the Recordings may contain Contributor’s personal data and in
such circumstances Production Company shall use and otherwise process this personal data for purposes
connected with this Release and in accordance with its legitimate interests in producing the Production,
Production Company shall, from time to time, need to make some of Contributor’s personal data
available to legal and regulatory authorities, future employers and potential purchasers of the Production
Company (or any of its assets or business), affiliates, group companies, professional advisors and other
parties which provide products or services to the Production Company. Contributor acknowledges that
if such recipient is located, or has relevant operations located, in a jurisdiction where data protection
and privacy regulations do not offer the same level of protection as within the European Union or the
UK (such as the United States of America), Production Company shall take reasonable steps to ensure
the security and confidentiality of Contributor’s personal data. Contributor understands that Contributor
have certain rights in respect of Contributor’s personal data (access, objection, rectification, erasure,
restriction and portability) and that further information about these rights and Production Company’s
processing of personal data generally can be obtained upon request from the Production Company.

relation to same.

Except insofar as this Release expressly provides that a third party may in its own right enforce a term
of this Release, a person who is not a party to this Release (other than Production Company's ultimate
holding company (as defined in s1159 Companies Act 2006, as amended) and Production Company's
associates (as defined in s435 Insolvency Act 1986, as amended)) has no right under the Contracts
(Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to rely on or enforce any term of this Release but this does not affect
any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.

This Release may be freely assigned or sub-licensed by Production Company and its terms shall be
governed by the laws of England. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
of England in respect of any disputes arising hereunder.
