We are carrying out a piece of research on behalf of one of your suppliers, IQOS / PMI, who have given us your contact details and asked us to get in touch with you. They are hoping to interview staff members and employees of your store, to understand how they can improve their understanding of your business and find any areas of improvement in their supply or support.
The research will involve a 75-minute Microsoft Teams interview where staff members will be asked to share their opinions, and as a thank you for their time and input, they will receive £75. If you are a store manager or owner, you will receive £15 for referring a staff member if they are selected.
