I agree that an Ipsos researcher can: Have a discussion with me in a group setting online, Allow a person / people from the Food Standards Agency (FSA) (the organisation who commissioned the research) to observe the session live or via audio recording and Audio record the session for note-taking purposes.

I have received a copy of the project privacy notice and I understand that data concerning me will be stored and accessed in accordance with current laws, such as the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)

I understand that anything I say will not be linked to any information that can identify me (such as my name or contact information), following the rules of the 2018 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), unless I discuss: Undisclosed illegal acts (this means offences that no one else knows about) and/or Behaviour that is harmful to myself or someone else.
