Consent Form - Login Credentials Access Agreement


Optional Extension – Ongoing Access
If you choose to voluntarily share your login credentials with Teal Connect Ltd after the
recorded session, we will use these for the sole purpose of testing and validating technical integrations with your payroll provider.

By signing this agreement, you agree that:

  1. You are voluntarily providing your payroll login credentials for testing purposes only.
  2. The company will access your payroll platform strictly for the purpose of technical
    research and building integration software.
  3. You will be compensated on a monthly basis, payable at the end of each calendar
    month for each full month the credentials are valid and functional.
  4. You may revoke access at any time by notifying us in writing (email is sufficient).
  5. Upon revocation, the agreement terminates, and your credentials will be permanently deleted from our systems.
  6. All activity undertaken using your credentials will remain within the scope of technical research and governed by UK data protection laws and GDPR.
