RESEARCH PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT -

I agree to participate with the magnetic collective LLC in a market research study which is conducted on behalf of their Client.

The terms of this Agreement are:

Participant will be paid to discuss observations about various ideas, concepts, and or products or services that will be disclosed during the Study.

Participant agrees to keep strictly confidential all information (including but not limited to the ideas, concepts, marketing materials, and unreleased versions of a product or service) discussed during this Study for the two (2) year period starting on the date this Agreement is signed. Client retains the right to pursue legal action if confidentiality is breached in any way.

Participant also agree that all information, concepts, inventions, intellectual property or ideas that are generated as a result of participation in this Study belong solely to the magnetic collective LLC and/or its Client.

Participant has voluntarily provided confidential personal data to the magnetic collective LLC that may consist of name, address, consumer data, and/or business information (collectively “Personal Information”). Participant understands that Personal Information may be used only for the purposes of this Study and will not be released to any party not connected to this Study.

Participant understands and consents to audio and video recording during their participation in the Study. Participant understands that any still pictures, movie or voice recordings made during the interview may be used for research purposes only, and without any obligations to the magnetic collective LLC or their Client. Participant’s anonymity will be preserved at all times.

Participant releases the magnetic collective LLC and its Client from any claims based on this Agreement except for the obligations described in this Agreement. Participant certifies that he/she is over the age of 18 (or a parent or guardian has signed this Agreement on his/her behalf).
