USE OF CUSTOMER MATERIAL RELEASE FORM

Vanquis Banking Group entity: Vanquis (“Us, We, Our”)

(“You”)

This letter agreement confirms the terms on which You agree to allow Us to use, for the purposes set out below, the audio/video content captured at the focus groups featuring You.

By attending the focus groups, You confirm that: 1.1. You understand the research activity will be audio and video recorded and that Vanquis Banking Group colleagues will observe and/or participate in the research activity with you. 1.2. You grant us permission to use images, audio and videography taken at the focus groups internally, which could include being used in internal reports, being published on our secure internal channels, such as our intranet and on Viva Engage and being used in company presentations (the “Permitted Activities”) for the purpose of bringing the findings the research activity to life (the “Permitted Purposes”). 1.3. You grant us permission to use images, audio and videography taken at the workshop at industry events attended by external stakeholders (the “Permitted Activities”) for the purposes of bringing the research activity to life (the “Permitted Purposes”). 1.4. You agree to Us storing copies of the Photograph and/or Video for as long as necessary to fulfil the Permitted Purposes.
You can withdraw Your consent given in this letter agreement at any time by emailing [email protected]. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent.
For data protection purposes we are the controller of (and responsible for) the personal data comprising the Photograph and/or Video and any related personal data.
We will: 4.1. ensure that we comply with the requirements of all legislation and regulatory requirements in force from time to time relating to the use of the Photograph and/or Video and any related personal data; and 4.2. process the photograph and/or Video and Your related personal data in accordance with the privacy notice attached as Schedule 1 to this letter agreement.
These terms are governed by English law and wherever you live you can bring claims against us in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
