We are working in partnership with Wickes and C Space (a Customer Insight Agency) on a new research project.
Wickes would like to invite a selection of trade customers to take part in an online market research discussion event, so they can hear about their recent trade experiences.
The event will take place online on Tuesday 12th October 6-7.30pm and participating customers will receive a cash incentive of £85 as a thank you for giving up their time.
A professional researcher will lead the discussion. Your feedback will help Wickes to serve you better in the future. There are no right or wrong answers! It’s your opinions they’re interested in.
Following this event, Wickes would then work with one individual from the online focus group who will represent a typical Wickes customer. This person would be visited by the C Space team to take part in a filmed interview at work (at a convenient time for you in October 2021), and would be invited to join a virtual meeting at Wickes on the 8th December 2021.
As a thank you for your participation you would be given an additional £415.
