The research is looking to explore your experiences in applying for a mortgage, this is in light of the recent changes made by the Mortgage Market Review.
The FCA would like to find out the implications of these changes, to find out honestly what works for consumers and what doesn't. The findings will help them to make changes where necessary moving forwards to offer the greatest benefit to you the consumer.
The research is in the form of a 2 hour focus group in Central London, which we would be looking to carry out over the next couple of weeks on a convenient date for you.
