Companies pay participants for being involved in focus groups, one to one interviews, usability studies or online projects. They take place at venues such as hotels or market research facilities, in your own home, on the phone or through an online forum. All of our market research projects are commissioned by companies and organisations that genuinely care about your opinions.

Group discussions

Paid focus groups and discussions are a great way to find out what people think and how they make choices about products and services.

Face-to-face interviews

We want to give you the opportunity to have real conversations about the products and services you use. In a face-to-face interview, you really get to speak your mind.

Telephone interviews

Not everyone can make it to our group discussions and larger meetings of research participants. If you’d prefer to take part in research by telephone from your own home or when you’re out and about, we completely understand!

Online surveys

Our online surveys offer you a chance to regularly give your opinion on a variety of subjects. For just a few minutes of your time, you can earn some extra cash and influence the development of new products and services.

Online focus groups

Online market research doesn’t have to mean filling in forms and ticking boxes! Our online paid focus groups give you a chance to speak freely instead of trying to fit your answers into a questionnaire, and we pay you a fair amount for your valuable feedback.

Product tests

A hall test means that we invite you to be a tester and share your opinions with us at an agreed place and time. This may involve trying out sample products as well as giving your feedback on packaging or advertising.

Assisted shops

Market research isn’t all talk! Take part in an Assisted Shopping project and you’ll be paid for letting us join you on a shopping trip. We’ve found that going shopping with our members is an excellent way to help companies understand how you choose the products you buy.

Trade discussions

Not all market research is about snack foods, toiletries and other consumer goods! We’re looking for tradespeople to take part in vital research that the average Joe Public can’t help us with. Companies and organisations are always keen to find out what you think.
