Research is carried out by Jigsaw Research and Take Part in Research on behalf of Ofcom, the communications regulator.
It involves a diary for the duration of your claim – from registering your dispute, to receiving a decision. This also involves an initial survey telling us about your dispute and a final survey. Tasks will be completed online and via WhatsApp where possible.
Jigsaw Research will be financially incentivising people for taking part – up to £15 per week. Total incentives depends on the duration of your complaint, but you could earn up to £135.
This project will require approximately 10 minutes per week, with the potential to include optional additional tasks for an additional incentive.
There may be an opportunity to take part in a final 45-minute interview (over Zoom or telephone) with Jigsaw, to elaborate more on the process and how you found it. This will be incentivised further.
