Cambridge Water invites you to Take Part in Research!

We're conducting research on behalf of South Staffordshire and Cambridge Water and Accent.

The research is being conducted under the Market Research Society Code of Conduct, which means that any answers you give will be treated in confidence.

South Staff and Cambridge Water are seeking customers’ views on its proposed plans for the services and support they offer to all customers over the period 2025-2030. This is an exciting opportunity for you to help the company shape its short- and long-term plans to meet the needs of all types of customers.

Taking part in this project will involve participating in a 20 minute pre-task and either a 3 hour in-person focus group discussion to talk about your experiences. As a thank you for your time and input, you'll receive £140 for taking part.

Alternatively, we may ask you to take part in a one-to-one interview of either 90 minutes, rather than participate in the focus group discussion. As a thank you for your time you will be paid £75.

When completing the form please answer carefully and as honestly as possible, there are no right or wrong answers, all answers will be looked at individually when checking that you are applicable for the research.
