Work as a HCP? Maybe you're a dentist, hygienist or nurse? Either way, we need you!
We're looking for HCP's across the UK to take part in a new research project to discuss their thoughts on a range of new patient tests.
Taking part in this project will involve participating in a 10-15 minute survey and a select few will then participate in a 40 minute focus group discussion to talk about your thoughts and feedback on a range of different testing options. As a thank you for your time and input, you'll receive £20 for the survey and £60 for the focus group. If you're successful we'll email you with the link to take the 10-15 minute survey.

When completing the form please answer carefully and as honestly as possible, there are no right or wrong answers, all answers will be looked at individually when checking that you are applicable for the research.
