Providing us with your MPAN means we can combine customer feedback on the DFS and household smart meter data to understand how people’s experiences relate to the amount of electricity households were able to reduce.

Do you consent to Centre for Sustainable Energy (CSE) using your MPAN to link your survey data and smart meter data and Electricity System Operator (ESO) processing your smart meter data?

How do I find my MPAN?

Your MPAN can be found in the My Utilita App. On the Home screen select the icon with the 3 dashes, then select "My energy tariff". Select your electricity tariff and at the bottom of this screen you will find your supply number. It’s 21 digits long and begins with ‘S’. You only need the last 13 digits.

All respondents who submit their MPAN number have the option of being entered into a prize draw to win £250. The full terms and conditions for the prize draw can be found here.
