GWR Invites You To Take Part In Research
Be part of some influential new research for GWR and receive £60
Touchstone Partners is working with Great Western Railways (GWR), who are seeking to understand the rail passenger customer journey (from initial planning and ticket buying, through the actual journey on the day of travel through to any post-journey contact).
This is a multi-stage project looking to understand different types of passengers and their behaviours/needs at all of the various touchpoints within the customer journey.
Participants will be sent an online link to a ‘Diary’ that they need to complete whilst planning their journey, on the day whilst they are making the journey and also for any contact they have after completing their journey. These journeys need to be made by Friday 19th June.
Participants will then participate in an individual, on-line depth interview. These interviews will be conducted at a time of your convenience shortly after the online diary has been completed.
As a thank you for giving up your time and giving your opinions, we’d like to offer you £60.
