It has commissioned Ipsos MORI, a leading independent research consultancy, to conduct a project that aims to help Heathrow Express understand the experiences of its customers travelling to and from the airport. Heathrow Express want to understand more about its customers from the United Kingdom and we would like to invite you to share your views and opinions.

As a thank you for your participation we will be paying respondents who are selected to take part in the study £200 for their time and contributions.
We’d like to reassure you that everything you say, as well as your identity, will remain strictly anonymous according to the Market Research Society Code of Conduct. Your name will not be disclosed if you don’t explicitly agree for it to be, and neither will any information that could identify you.
