We're looking for those in employment across the USA to take part in a new research project to talk about their experiences with their work environment.
Taking part in this project will involve participating in a 45-minute online interview to talk about your experiences. As a thank you for your time and input, you'll receive $180 for taking part.

When completing the form please answer carefully and as honestly as possible, there are no right or wrong answers, all answers will be looked at individually when checking that you are applicable for the research.
