Calling all Newcastle Call Centre Employees

Work in a call centre in Newcastle? We want to hear from you!

We’re looking for local call centre workers in and around Newcastle to take part in an in-person research group to share your thoughts and experiences around work and pay.

Taking part will involve a 1-hour focus group discussion at a local venue. As a thank you for your time and input, you’ll receive £50 for participating.
