Disabilities and Travel Research For Young People

Are you a parent of a 16-18 year old in the UK? We would love to hear from you!

We're looking for young people across the UK to take part in a new research project to talk about challenges or barriers they face when using public transport. We are particularly interested in getting the views of disabled young people, with either visible and non-visible disabilities. Whether they use rail transport regularly or not, we want to understand the challenges, barriers, and enablers of using rail transport.

Taking part in this project will involve your child participating in a 1 hour online/telephone interview to talk about their experiences. There will also be a short 15 minutes pre-task they will need to think about. We can offer a variety of support or adjustments to make their involvement in this research easier. As a thank you for their time and input, they will receive £50 Amazon or Love2Shop voucher for taking part.
