Are you 40-60 years of age? We need you!

We're looking for people aged 40-60, from across the UK, to take part in an influential new research project on behalf of one of the UK's largest charities, to talk about their health & lifestyle.

The charity is looking to better understand peoples opinions on looking after their health, in particular their brain health, with the aim of better being able to help those in need across the UK.

Taking part in this project will involve participating in a 90 minute focus group discussion to talk about your experiences. As a thank you for your time and input, you'll receive £50 for taking part.

We are looking to hear from people with all different perspectives and from different backgrounds, so if you're interested, apply now!

When completing the form please answer carefully and as honestly as possible, there are no right or wrong answers, all answers will be looked at individually when checking that you are applicable for the research.
