Tradesperson Customer Experiences Research

Have you had a negative experience with a trader? We need you!

We're looking to speak with people across the UK who have recently had a negative experience with a tradesperson (such as a builder, plumber, decorator, landscaper, or similar) that resulted in significant problems with the work being carried out. We want to hear about what happened, the impact it had, and how the situation was ultimately resolved or handled.

Taking part in this project will involve participating in a 1 hour online interview. As a thank you for your time and input, you'll receive £50 for taking part.
