The Law Society Invites you to take part in Research.

Thank you for registering to take part in the Law Society’s consultation on the TA6 Property information form (5th edition) (2024). All Law Society members who currently list residential conveyancing among their areas of expertise, along with all those working within residential conveyancing (solicitors, licensed conveyancers and other professionals working in conveyancing’) who have registered their interest, will have the opportunity to provide feedback via an online survey from 2CV which will be emailed to you in late August / early Sept.

In addition to the online survey, we’re planning to conduct a mix of focus group and in-depth interviews. The final stage of the research process will be a stakeholder workshop in October. As a thank you for your time and input in the focus groups or in-depth interviews, you'll receive £50 for taking part.

When completing the form please answer carefully and as honestly as possible, there are no right or wrong answers, all answers will be looked at individually when checking that you are applicable for the research.
