Take Part in Research are contacting you on behalf of NHBC (National House Building Council)
You may have received an email or letter from NHBC to say that they are conducting a research project with some of their customers. We are inviting you because you have a ten year insurance policy covering your home (Buildmark), which includes builder warranty for the first two years after the original purchase was completed.
Taking part in this project will involve participating in either a 60 minute online interview, 90 minute online paired session or a 90 minute in home interview to talk about your experiences. As a thank you for your time and input, you'll receive £30 - £50 for taking part depending on the session type.
