Thank you for applying to take part in this exciting piece of research for NHS Professionals. The below form will only take you a couple of minutes to complete.
The aim of these interviews is to gain a better understanding of your needs as an NHSP member, help us improve our services and to test ideas of services we could offer to our members in the future. As a thank you for your time and insight, you will be paid
£70.
The interviews, either conducted face to face in London or over the phone nationally, will be organised by a trusted, third-party agency (Roots Research/Take Part in Research) and all your responses will be treated as anonymous and confidential.

Interview Dates – Monday 14th – Friday 18th October and Monday 4th – Friday 8th November 2019
Duration – 1 hour
Location – London (face to face) or UK-wide (video conference)
Incentive gift - £70
Application: When completing the below form please answer as carefully and as honestly as possible, there are no right or wrong answers! All responses will be looked at individually when checking that you are applicable for the research and meet the criteria.

Terms and Conditions
- The incentive gift (£70) will be paid to those participants who complete an interview with us. They will be paid via Paypal (or cheque) within 2 weeks of their interview. This is communicated to respondents during the recruitment process and in writing on their confirmation email.
- If respondents cancel the interview and the interview can’t be rescheduled, recipients will not be paid.
- Respondents are asked to give us at least 48 hours’ notice of any change or cancellation
