We're looking for individuals in the Nottingham area to complete a brief survey.
Taking part in this project will involve completing a 10 minute online survey. The survey will ask about your experiences, views and behaviours around breast and bowel cancer screening. As a thank you for your time and input, you'll receive £5 for completing it.
Please note, the form you're about to complete is an initial application form and NOT the paid survey. If it looks like you'll be a fit for the research based on your application, you'll receive a confirmation email over the next few days with more information about how to complete the paid survey!
