Our Future Health Invite You To Take Part In Research.

We are looking for volunteers who have recently joined Our Future Health and attended an appointment.

To take part, you will need to:

- attend a 1 hour video call

- have access to the internet on a tablet, PC or laptop, with a working camera and microphone

- see and talk about health-related measurements that you received at your Our Future Health appointment

Your input will help shape how we offer health information and other feedback to our volunteers in the future. As a thank you for your time and effort, you will receive a £30 voucher for taking part.

Our Future Health Limited is the Data Controller responsible for your personal data. We are registered with the ICO (ZA769724). We have asked our trusted third-party supplier who are under contract to us (Roots Recruitment) to screen participants for interviews and manage your appointment.
