Take Part in Research invites you to join this study
We are conducting some research on behalf of TSB, and we understand that you have expressed an interest in taking part by opting in via the email link.
You’ve been contacted because TSB are especially interested to hear the perspectives and opinions of their existing customers to gain feedback on what they could do differently or better in the future. Input from customers like you is essential in helping them to do this. Please note that the research will be carried out by an independent market research agency (Basis), this is not for marketing or sales, and any feedback or commentary you give to TSB will be used purely for research purposes.
The initial part of the research will take place in the form of a short-written pre-task around finances and money management. Then the following week, you would be asked to take part in an online 90-minute video focus group, or a 60 min one-to-one video conversation. The conversation would be relaxed and informal and we’d be discussing how TSB can better meet your needs. Participation is completely voluntary, but if you are called, and do decide to take part in the task and session, you would receive £75 for your time.
When completing the form please answer carefully and as honestly as possible, there are no right or wrong answers, all answers will be looked at individually when checking that you are applicable for the research.
