We're looking for Physiotherapists working in both Private and NHS settings, across the UK to take part in a new research project to talk about their experiences.
If you are selected for this research you will be invited to complete a short survey, to share your experiences. As a thank you for your time and input, you'll receive £20 for taking part.

When completing the form please answer carefully and as honestly as possible, there are no right or wrong answers, all answers will be looked at individually when checking that you are applicable for the research.
