Plusnet is always looking for new ways to improve its services, and are interested to understand more about your experiences as a customer, so they can improve in the future.
Specifically, Plusnet are working with a research agency called Basis to explore some new initiatives, which we would love to get your feedback on.
For this research we want to speak to a wide range of Plusnet customers. This will be over a 105 minute discussion. As a thank you for your time and your opinions we’d like to offer you £50.
